- Business Details: Business name, registered address, GSTIN, PAN, bank account details for invoice templates.
- Transactional Data: Customer details, vendor lists, items, quantities, purchase vouchers, and invoice values.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to generate invoices, calculate taxes, reconcile returns with the GST portal, process payments, and improve platform functionality. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your business transaction records to third parties.

GoldenGST implements 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. All servers are hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centers located inside the Republic of India in strict compliance with data localization directives.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Your records are maintained as long as your account remains active or as required by Indian taxation statutes (which mandate maintaining books of accounts for up to 6 years). You can request complete deletion of your account and archived data upon settlement of dues.
